During UK bank holidays and peak seasonal periods, there may be slight changes to opening hours or order processing times. Any updates will be communicated in advance on our website.
We recommend placing orders early during busy periods to ensure stock availability and maintain next-day UK delivery where possible.

Hairco accepts all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.
All payments are processed securely at checkout, allowing for fast order confirmation and dispatch. Klarna is also available, giving you the option to spread the cost of your order.

Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Enter the coupon code in the box marked ‘COUPON CODE’ and click ‘APPLY COUPON’ before proceeding to checkout.

We get asked this a lot, so here’s the deal:
- During a VAT-Free Sale, you’ll still see VAT on your invoice (because, the law says we have to!).
- BUT we discount the product price first, so the total you pay works out as if there was no VAT at all.
Example:
Normally: A £100 product (ex-VAT) comes to £120 inc. VAT.
In our VAT-Free Sale: We drop the ex-VAT price to £83.32. Add VAT on top and the total is still £100 inc. VAT.
So your salon pays the same as the pre-VAT price — you’re saving the VAT equivalent (just under 16.7% off). - Bonus: Because VAT is still shown, you’ll get a proper VAT invoice to claim back if you’re VAT-registered.
DELIVERY

We despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. Delivery is normally within 2-3 working days. On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will inform you via email as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Yes, orders must be received before midday (UK time), to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Please check with us for urgent orders as busy periods may increase turnaround to 48 hours.
Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.

Prices quoted at checkout are for mainland areas of the delivery country. In some circumstances the delivery charge may need to be increased to allow for large or heavy items, however you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched. Please contact us for a quote to deliver to any other destination.

Your Hairco order will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The majority of deliveries will require a signature. If you have provided a UK mobile number or email address during checkout and your order is being dispatched via DHL then you should get a notification in the morning of delivery advising of your delivery time slot.

If you are not home when our courier attempts to deliver your salon supplies, they will follow your instructions (leave in a safe place/with a neighbour). In the event no instructions have been left, they will attempt to redeliver later in the day. If all attempts fail they will leave a calling card which will provide you with further instructions for collection/redelivery.

If your delivery is delayed, our team will quickly investigate with the courier and keep you updated (contact us if your parcel is delayed).
We understand how important timing is for salons, so we aim to resolve any issues as fast as possible and minimise disruption to your schedule.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
This allows you to plan ahead and ensure you’re available to receive your order.

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) Monday-Friday are typically processed the same working day for next-day delivery where applicable.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Please be aware during sales, example black Friday, orders may not be dispatched same day.

We will do our best to update your order before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, changes may need to be made directly with the courier.

If the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, with replacement goods or a refund for the total costs of the goods within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered goods to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging.

The returns process can take between 5-7 days to complete and for a refund to be issued. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Postage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
