Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy promotional periods, sales events, or adverse weather conditions, dispatch times may occasionally be extended.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard UK delivery is estimated at 1–4 working days from dispatch.
Some products may be sent directly from suppliers or require additional processing time. Where this applies, estimated delivery information will be displayed on the product page or communicated via email.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an express service has been specifically selected.
Tracking & Courier Updates
Most orders are sent via trusted courier partners. Where tracking is available, we may share your email address and/or mobile number with the courier to provide:
- Delivery tracking updates
- Estimated delivery windows
- Rearrangement options if required
Larger Orders & Split Shipments
To ensure the quickest delivery possible, orders may occasionally be sent in multiple shipments at no extra cost.
Hairco reserves the right to select the most suitable delivery method depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate this for you.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence at Hairco and Beauty. If there is an issue with your order, we will always aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original condition and packaging
- Suitable for resale
For hygiene, safety, and professional-use reasons, certain products may be non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team with photos where possible.
We will work quickly to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and professional-use reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Electrical items that have been used (unless faulty)
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
- Clearance or special-order items (unless faulty)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Processing
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days back to the original payment method.

Hairco and Beauty Supplies professional salons, barbers, and trade customers. Return requests may be assessed in accordance with applicable UK business-to-business trading terms where relevant.
