Shipping policy

At Hairco Professional Supplies, we aim to get your salon essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy sale periods, promotional events, or severe weather disruption, dispatch times may occasionally be extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Some products may be dispatched directly from suppliers or require additional processing time. Where applicable, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery timeframe.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we aim to contact you within 2 working days with an update.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an express or next working day service has been selected.

Courier Deliveries & Tracking

Most orders are sent via trusted courier partners.

If your order is dispatched via courier, we may share your email address and/or mobile number with the courier company so they can provide:

• Delivery tracking updates
• Estimated delivery windows
• Rearrangement options if required

This may not apply to supplier-direct shipments or deliveries outside of the UK.

Larger Orders & Split Shipments

Hairco Professional Supplies reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping method depending on parcel size, weight, destination, or order value.

Where necessary, orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments to avoid delays. This will be at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Delays & Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate with the courier.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, Hairco Professional Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, severe weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
